To perform this exercise you have to lie down on the floor or on a workout mat with your knee bent, legs a bit apart from the order and feet on the floor.

Curl your abdominal while your head and shoulders are slightly up.

To perform this exercise your have to start by placing your fore arm flat on the workout mat then stretch out with your toes pinning to the floor.

Note– while performing this exercise, your whole body should be at the same level.

The hip shouldn’t get any higher. It should be at the same level with the legs and the back. This will help to put more pressure on the abdominal which will result to burning belly fat.
