HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE SALAD CREAM
You don’t need to buy an already made salad cream while you can make it yourself and have more reserved or stored.
Salad cream are always thought to be hard to make but in this post am going to give you an easy recipe to make a simple salad cream.
Often have salad cream been compared with Mayonnaise due to it contains similar ingredients.
Salad cream contain less fat than mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is thicker than salad cream.
Equipment you need to make a simple salad cream
Ingredients you need to make a simple salad cream.
6 eggs yolk.
A tbsp of sugar.
A pinch of salt and pepper.
1 tbsp of mustard powder.
1 tbsp of lemon juice.
1/2 cup of vinegar.
1 cup of olive oil.

Now you’ve got your ingredients and equipment ready for use, let’s get started.
Break the eggs into the bowl and separate the egg yolk from the egg white because we’re making use of the egg yolk.
When you’ve separated the egg yolk into the bowl, add the tbsp of sugar, the pinch of salt and the pepper into the bowl and then whisk.
Make sure to whisk properly so all the added ingredients can smoothly blend in.
Get your blender ready for use. Pour the mixture into the blender and add other remain ingredients which are; a tbsp of mustard powder, a tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of olive oil.
When you’ve added all this ingredients into the blender you can now blend them all together for about 15 minutes to get that nice juice creamy texture.
