In this article am basically not going to talk about dieting and exercises you should do to lose weight but am going to deliberate on a eating technique you should partake in, in order to lose weight fast.(LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING)

What is this eating technique you should follow??

This eating technique is basically called intermittent fasting

What is intermittent fasting??

Intermittent fasting like i said is an eating technique which specifies what time you should fast and eat or you can also put it this way that Intermittent fasting is a eating pattern where you cycle between periods of fasting and eating.

Now the most popular fasting and eating technique in intermittent fast is the 16/8 hours technique.(LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING)

It is popular due to it is the most suitable among the others.

You fast for 16 hours then you eat when ever you like within the 8 which 16+8 hours is equal to 24 hours which is a day.

For example, for a 12 hour clock you fast from 8 pm and till 12 pm which is 16 hours then from 12 pm you can eat when ever you like till it is 8 pm. You can’t have or eat anything else till it is 12 pm the next day.(LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING)

Now you can say this can’t never be possible and say stuff like how can someone not eat for 16 straight hours but it is possible.

When you begin the 16/8 intermittent fast, it might be a little rough at the begin but with time as you continue you body will adjust to it. So you don’t have to worry about nothing.

At the period of fast, your body isn’t having any calories introduce to it at the 16 hours window so your body will go in search from nutrients such as carbohydrates in the body system to use in order to produce energy.(LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING)

When it can’t find a direct source of carbohydrates, your body mechanism begins to burn fats and turn it into energy and use it to keep the body going which in return your body fat percentage begin to drop and your body weight also begins to drop.

Also before you start the intermittent fast, keep track of how much you weigh at the begin and as you progress.

For example, From day 1 you weighed 217lbs and then day 2 you weighed 216.6 then on day 3 you weighed 216.2 and so on. So make sure to keep track of you weight loss which will be a motivation to you that you’re dropping a considerable amount of weight.(LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING)

You could be asking questions like, Isn’t there anything you could have to keep till the 16 hours window is over??.

You can drink water to keep you going till the 16 hours window is over and as you know that water helps in fat loss and lossing weight.

Due to you’re trying to suppress hunger, you will be drinking so much amount of water which is good to cleanse you from toxins in your system and then the fat loss and weight loss begins to take place also.

If you can’t have water then you can go for coffee but bear in mind that you shouldn’t add any thing to it, sugar, milk or what ever shouldn’t be added to it. Just have a pure black coffee.

Black coffee will help you concentrate and stay focused on your daily activities and even fuel you with some energy.

So if you can’t have just water, you can go for black coffee.

The difference between weight loss and fat loss.

i will explain with examples.

Lets say you were this FAT and you’re on this IF eating technique and you begin to notice that you’re losing weight, probably your clothes now looks big on you and you begin to notice an outrageous drop in weight as you’re keeping track of that with your scale.

While you’re on the IF eating technique you’ll burn an outrageous amount of fat because your body goes for 16 hours and have nothing and your body needs carbohydrates daily to produce energy for the body and if it can’t get reach of any direct sources of carbohydrates it the goes in search of fats to burn and turn it into energy to keep the body going.
And when this happens you being to notice a drastical drop on body fat and retain of muscle.
