The pain that comes after a leg day is literally the main reason why lots of people avoid or skip leg day.

This pains usually causes lots of difficulty in going about activities of the day.

Stretching

Before your leg workouts, you should stretch.

Stretching helps to loosen and relieve the muscles so it won’t be in shock after the leg workout.

Protein helps to repair worn out or sore tissues.
