Making egg omelet is easy just as it is in making your normal eggs.
So let’s go straight on how to make the egg omelet.
Ingredients for making the egg omelet.
1 medium plum tomato.
A spoon of butter.
1 small onions.
Cut the onions and the plum of tomato in a bowl, if you don’t like the seeds you can remove it as well.
Get another bowl and beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and ground pepper to the bowl.
Preparing the egg omelet
Put the frying pan on a heater.(use a nonstick frying pan).
Add half of the butter to the frying pan, when it heats up, pour the onion and tomato to the hot pan and fry for 5 minutes and then pour it into the eggs and whisk.
Set the frying pan back on the heater and add the other half butter to the pan. When hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently side the pan so the egg mixture can distribute evenly and then let it frying.
After about a minute and some seconds the bottom of the egg should be done by now, hold the pan and flip the omelet so the other part can fry but if you can’t flip it then transfer it to a flat plate and then turn the uncooked part back to the frying pan and let it fry.
