How to get strong in the gym
To get strong in gym is crucial due to it is the only way you can make and see changes. it is the only you can keep making progress in the gym.
For you to make progress in the gym,I decided to write you some tips you ought to know if you want to get strong in the gym.
Go heavy on your 1st to 5th set-
Let’s say you’re on the bench press going for your first set, you still fresh and have loads of energy in you, try to go as heavy as you can in the first to fifth set.
Warn up with a plate,then slowly increase the plates.
You can also go for heavy weight with lower reps.
Let’s say four plate on the bar are the heaviest you can lift.
Add a plate on the bar and lift like 15 reps, add the 2nd plate and lift 12 reps, Add the 3rd plate and drop to 8 reps…etc.You can do the opposite which is starting with 4 plates and dropping the plates gradually.
Note- Do not load weights up more than you can carry because good form is important if you’re trying to get strong in the gym,so get it right.
Have a training partner that is stronger than you-
This is some sharp trick to boost yourself to get strong.
If you have a training partner that is stronger than you alot happens during your training session which are;
A) You tend get motivated to lift more, if he can lift that, you can too.
B) You tend not to gas out quickly because you in sought of a competition, your eyes is on the price.You want to stronger than your training partner.
C) You train for a long period of time.
Wear a weight belt-
Then main essence of wearing a weight belt is to help you push through workouts.
When you have your weight belts on and you are on the barbell pushing through your last rep,the weight belts helps you push through your last rep.
During this last rep,your belly push forward to the belts and this give you the strength to push through when you already fatigued.
Get a spotter-
When you’re going heavy either on the barbell or squat, you should have a spotter to help you push through.
A little of his assistance helps you lift more heavy without fear of how to go back up or down due to been fatigued.
And also the muscle grow when put to stress. At that point you’re pretty fatigued and a spotter is helping you push through is when the muscle gets torn to be repaired and that’s growth.
When eat more calories you tend get more stronger or you tend to have more strength to lift.
Cut stress and rest more-
Cut out any form of stress.
It could be from your daily activities,
Just anything that would stress you much isn’t allowed.
Always give your body rest.
In a week of training your body, always give yourself a rest day for your body to recover because that’s when it grows.
