HOW TO REDUCE BODY SORENESS AFTER WORKOUT
Training so hard in the gym will get your muscles sore,be it the triceps,calves,bieceps,shoulder,traps,legs,abs.Body soreness after workout is actually normal,but a lot of people seem to find this odd and awful.
Sometime a ago,a friend did meet while i was working out to ask how i deal with sore muscles.I first started by telling him that,Sore muscles is a good sign that you’ve trained very hard in the gym.It is also a good sign that your muscle is in the process
of growing and getting big.So there’s no need to feel bad when you got a sore muscle.
For me,sore muscles after workout it a thing of joy.Like I flex those muscle with the soreness and feel great.
Another friend of my also complained that sore muscles makes him sick.
I replied by telling him that sore muscles can’t get you sick.It is not possible.The thing about bodybuilding is that some people are willing to pay the price, give it time and stay consistent while some
can’t.So if you are determined to make changes, to sculpt your body to your dream shape, muscle soreness wouldn’t matter to you.
But there are some things you can still do to ease the sore muscles which are post workout meal and massage.
Your post workout meal is very important.
Your post workout helps to fuel and replenish the body with lost nutrients.The are two important nutrients which your post workout meal must contain.
They are protein and carbohydrates.
The protein aids in repairing and growing worn out muscles.
And the carbohydrates fuels the body with energy.
So here are meals you should have after workout.
Bananas are high in the “good” kinds of carbs you need after a workout. These fast-acting carbs will help restore your body’s levels of glycogen, which helps rebuild damaged muscles. And they provide lots of wonderful potassium.

Watermelon contains about 90% of water which is a great way to replenish lost fluids in the body.Watermelon also contains natural sugar and antioxidants that can assist your body recover after exercise.So watermelon is a good option for rehydrating and replenishing glycogen in the body system.
-Milk consist of whey and casein.
The whey protein in milk is 20% and is fast in digestion to help repair muscles for fast recovery.
The casein is low digesting protein. Milk consists for 80% of casein, a dairy protein that keeps you full longer and helps fat loss & muscle repair.
Massage is a another good way to relief the muscle from soreness.
You can do this yourself or better someone helping out.Apply your anti inflammatories on the affected area and massage.
This will reduce pains and you will feel much better the next day even to go for another workout.
