REASONS TO WORKOUT WITH FAVOURITE MUSIC PLAYLIST
Workout and music go hand in hand.
Workout can’t be enjoyed much without music. Its no doubt that music is a food to soul.
During workout music can help hold your endurance level up.You keep grinding and wanting for more. The good thing about music during workout is that you can tap into it visualizing and still connect with the muscle you’re training
Music improves cardiovascular health, reducing a person’s risk of
developing heart disease. It’s also been found to lower blood pressure.
This also applies to exercising, so combining the both will do your bodysystem a lot of good.
The music keep your nervous system relaxed.
So how do you go about to get your favorite playlist up.
First of all create a playlist with the name of your choice.Go to your music store and play all you got in there and then add tracks that you would love to hear more to the favorite playlist,
Use this playlist during your workout.
For me, I switched things up recently.
I have two workout favourite playlist.One for my chest,triceps workout and another for bieceps,traps,shoulder and leg workout.
Rap songs for my bieceps and leg workout and (r&b)for chest and triceps workout.
Back then,am always downloading latest tracks and surfling the Internet to looking for hot rap songs cause that was goes for me then.You know,hot rap songs doesn’t pop by frequently and atimes during my workout I get bored of listening to same tracks
for like 2 to 3 weeks,I had to make I change in my routine.
When I play (pop) tracks when hitting chest and triceps, then hot rap tracks for my bieceps and traps,shoulder and leg.
Hope am not sounding too boring,just trying to show how you can spice things up with workout
Workout are meant to be enjoyed.
With your favorite music playlist,your endurance level will be increase and the enjoyment after workout will be attained.
