How to keep your motivation up in the gym Atimes we do lose motivation to go to gym due to one or two things. Most atimes,we lose motivation in the gym due to not seeing results worth the way we workout or you are a new buddy in the gym and you are looking for motivation to keep going to the gym.Its pretty easy
This article is to empower you on what to do to keep your motivation in the gym up.
So today am giving out ” FIVE TIPS TO KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED IN THE GYM”which works better for me.
Before the next day workout make
plans such as the part of the body that you want to focus and train on that day.Is it the upper body or the lower body.If the upper body,it is the chest and biecep or shoulder and traps.So setting plans on how your workout will look like is a great way to stay focus and be motivated in gym.
Try to workout in front of a mirror
-Sometimes it is best to workout looking at a mirror in front of you.The mirror gives you feedback on how your workout moves is going. The mirror shows you what you look like and were you need to improve.Looking at the mirror while working out keeps you craving for more.
Working out with your music headphones makes workout fun.Workout is meant to be enjoyed.Music improves your endurance level.Music shuts you out of the world full of distraction.That is to say,music keeps you focused on achieving set goals in the gym.
Get yourself a gym buddy–
if don’t find your workout much fun,you can
get yourself a gym buddy.Someone who loves to workout always.Someone stronger than you in the gym that can go more reps.This type of buddy will get you wanting to go for more.
Give yourself a break–
It nice to give the body a break to recover.
This recovery period could be few days or a week.Within this recovery period you can do a lot.Treat yourself by eating well,getting enough rest.You can also make it more fun by going on vacation or going on tour..what ever you can do to make days off the gym fun is ok.After giving your body the enough rest then you bounce back to the gym and give it all you got.
