HOW TO BUILD A MUSCLE MIND CONNECTION

A lot of people out there find it hard to get that muscle mind connection.The muscle mind connection is the only key that can help you grow those muscles.But it is pretty easy if you follow this set out guildlines am about to give.

To have a muscle mind connection means to be able to train your muscle in the gym without any distractions and being able to connect with the muscle in particular you are training.Be it Biceps,triceps,chest,shoulder traps and legs and getting a nice pump on the muscle and leave the gym happy with your full gains.
To achieve this you have to Set goals you aim to achieve.
You could ask,what could be this goals??
You can set a goal before going to the gym that you want to hit the biceps so hard in the gym today to get a big pump.You begin to visualize from where you are on the different techniques you are going to utilize when you get to the gym to maximize those biceps  gains (barbell curl,dumbell hammer
curl,Dumbell curl,preacher curl etc.)A lot of biceps exercise are out there.
So after visualizing,then go to the gym and make it a dream come true.
After the bicep exercises,If you successed in getting a good pump, then that’s a sucess.
For me when am partaking in a particular exercise,lets say triceps, when am embarking on dumbell kickbacks, going the 1-3rd rep and I start feeling that burns and contraction,this is were my happiness emerges.Reason for this happiness is because am getting
signs of good report that what am working on wasn’t a waste of time.
It really sucks when you get to the gym to train but at some point of the training you are not feeling any contraction yet,you can start getting a bit frustrated and Angry.For me that’s how I feel.
So am just trying to give all on what muscle connection looks like.

So to have this muscle connection,this are thing you need to know and get yourself.
1)Set goals-Setting goals in the gym is like,deciding on which part of the muscle on the body you plan to train
and going into the gym focused on training it by following different techniques to maximize your gains.
2)Focus more on contraction-Work more on putting tension on those muscles than blowing weights up and down.Like while hitting the triceps for example,focus on the movement going on,on that muscle.Are You feeling hurt and burns down there, because if it doesn’t hurt you fucking wasting your time.Heard this from one of “rich piana” video.Who i see as a legend. who is late now on august 25 2017,but I find this
words true.Make sure those contraction hurt.
3)Get yourself a headphone.The essence of this is because there are a lot if distraction you can hear in the gym.Distraction like someone taking crazy stuff that could catch your fantasy,mocking you,grunts.A lot can distract you in the gym to be honest.So to avoid this you have to block the world with music and stay focused
4)Get your self an instagram account were you follow great body builders who can motivate you with their videos.You even get to know new exercises and some exercise
you already know but you are getting it wrong.Body builders like
Julian smith,kai green,simeopanda,disel joshua(new generation swazz). Search for this name on your insta account,when you find them, follow the and even get to see more bodybuilders that can inspire you the more.
