BEST CHEST WORKOUT TO GET A BIG PUMP
There are lot of chest workout to Pump up your chest but I discovered that this technique can get you a very big pump on your chest.
This is how you can go about this chest workout to get a big pump.
I call it “floor dumbell and barbell plate press”.(BEST CHEST WORKOUT TO GET A BIG PUMP)
Here you should lie on the floor but I prefer a plank on the floor so your elbow doesn’t touch the floor and focus more on contracting the chest.
Even on the barbell chest press,the contraction is the most important thing you must focus on.
For me I don’t believe in blowing weight around without no contraction on those muscle.
So get a plank on the floor,get a pair on heavy dumbell which can allow you pull it up while lying on the plank.
Pick up the pair of dumbell up and join them together,let the dumbell drop on your chest.Then go up the leave it at the top for like a second then drop it back to your chest.Focus on that you want to get a pump on your chest, so your movement should be on control.
Go like 20 reps then chill for 10 seconds then pick up the barbell plate up,drop it in between the separation on your chest.Pick it up with your two hands,place it in between you them and push it up with control to feel the contraction and go like 15 rep then drop it down.Have a time recovery of a minute.Then repeat this like 5 times which is (dumbell press 20 reps x 5 set)&plate press 15 x 5).
If this is much for you, you can reduce it the reps.i believe 5 set isn’t much.So you should be Ok with 5 set.
Even if your reps are reduced, endeavor to push with control to feel those contraction.The contraction is very necessary.
